Here is a recipe for a yummy (and oh-so-easy) cheesecake:
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
fruit of your choice
Combine ingredients and mix with beaters. Spoon into crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with fresh fruit.
